Once we’ve agreed on a design, you’ll receive a quote and an invoice due on receipt. Your jewelry will be made after the payment is completed and processing can take up to 5 days before shipping.

As majority of our designs are handcrafted and tailored, processing time can take up to 8 days.
Total shipping time is indicated at checkout and includes processing time.
Note that you are entirely responsible to enter a complete and valid address in the delivery informations. If your package can't be delivered, it is not likely to be returned to us and we will not be able to resend it or give you a refund.
For shipping to the US only :
Please read the last line of the product description which states the products country of origin as it will affect the shipping process due to tarrifs on product made in China. The tarrifs may vary from 35% to 50% of the product's price. At the moment, duties need to be paid before shipping but we have yet to find a way to apply the charges at checkout. We will contact you and send you an invoice to complete the shipping process.
