Shipping policy

Your responsibility

Please verify that you entered the correct address at checkout. For international shipments, if the carrier cannot deliver your package due to an incorrect address they will not return it to us and they will likely dispose of it.

Processing

Majority of our designs are handcrafted in house and made to order, processing time can take up to 8 days. Thank you for being patient and trusting us during that time. Total shipping time is indicated at check out and includes processing time.

You will receive an email with the tracking number once the shipping label is created.

Canada

We may use services from UniUni, Intelcom or ICS to send your order depending on which is available to deliver in your region.

United States

We use USPS services to ship orders to the United States.

Please read the last line of the product description which states the products country of origin as it will affect the shipping process due to tarrifs on product made in China. The tarrifs may vary from 35% to 50% of the product's price. At the moment, duties need to be paid before shipping but we have yet to find a way to apply the charges at checkout. We will contact you and send you an invoice to complete the shipping process.

International

We use PostNL services to ship international orders. Once the package arrives in your country PostNL will hand it over to your local postal service and they will deliver it to you.
